Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Introduction

Velmont ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website at velmontgroup.in (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India ("DPDP Act").

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to share with us:

  • Application forms ("Join Us"): your name, phone number, email address, and city.
  • Partnership forms ("Partner With Us"): your name, company, work email, and module of interest (B2B, B2C, or B2G).
  • Direct contact: when you call us at +91 99535 35131 or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide in that conversation.
  • Technical data: basic, non-identifying information such as browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the Site secure and functional.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and callback requests;
  • Process ambassador applications and recruitment;
  • Discuss and deliver client partnership campaigns;
  • Improve the Site and protect it against misuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Consent

By submitting a form on the Site or contacting us via phone or WhatsApp, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — see Section 10.

5. Sharing of Information

We share your information only when necessary:

  • With trusted service providers who help us operate the Site (for example, hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations;
  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process;
  • To protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, while your application or partnership enquiry is active — and thereafter as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction, completion, or erasure of your data;
  • Withdraw your consent;
  • Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf;
  • Seek grievance redressal as described below.

9. Cookies

The Site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

10. Children's Privacy

Our ambassador programme is open to individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
